ALL LEVELS WELCOME
A comprehensive full body bootcamp workout. This morning bootcamp class has a strong focus on technique, stability and balance as a foundation for strength. Only after coordination is achieved in the body can the bodies abilities be fully utilized.
This class incorporates a wide range of bodyweight and resistance training tools. Expect individualized circuit training incorporating a combination of planks and dynamic core exercises, single leg and arm movements, TRX resistance training, and dumbbells.
