Our company's mission statement is to "Strengthen Our Community" and at no time has this been more important. Many of us have lost our jobs, either temporarily or permanently, and many stand to lose much more, including their homes, businesses, or a loved one.
AT NO TIME EVER IN OUR LIFETIME HAS HEALTH BEEN MORE IMPORTANT THAN NOW
We need to keep the "fire burning" and keep our community alive: spiritually, mentally, and physically. The way we provide this service to our community is through physical fitness and the shared desire to optimize our health.

Financially support our online instructors and content creators

Help the gym pay its rent. Even though the gym is closed, our rent and bills continue.

Give back to others in need. 10% of all the money we raise will be donated to the MUSTARD SEED food bank. Even though it is not a lot, we are not alone in our suffering and must think about our community at large.
