Physiotherapists are healthcare professionals who specialize in helping people with health conditions, injuries, or disabilities and improve their ability to move and function.
Everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle, whether that means playing sports, going for a hike, or simply being able to move around without being limited by pain.
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is designed to help improve movement and decrease pain in areas that may be limited or weakened due to injury or chronic pain. During the session, the therapist will assess your range of motion, posture, and strength, and then use various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching to release tightness, increase circulation, and promote healing.
A registered kinesiologist specializes in human movement and exercise, using evidence-based techniques to enhance physical performance and prevent injury. They design personalized fitness programs that improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being, supporting clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. Insurance and ICBC claims are welcome.
A fascial stretch therapist uses specialized techniques to target the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, and organs, to improve flexibility and reduce pain. This therapy enhances mobility, decreases tension, and promotes overall functional movement, helping clients recover faster and perform better.
