Q. What are your personal goals?
I’m focusing on athletic performance while always wanting to get bigger & stronger. I want to be that old guy in the gym who out lifts all the young guys and looks better too! Longevity is the name of the game. Train pain free to get long lasting results.
Q. What are your favourite Leisure activities?
I like reading books and watching good movies. I’ve recently decided to explore every inch of our beautiful island! This is mostly due to the influence that Covid has had on my travel plans!
Q. Where is your favourite restaurant?
Q. If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
France. I’d like to visit my families old stomping grounds.
