Focus on a healthy work/life balance while consistently maintaining my strength and conditioning while learning new skills in the gym!
Q. What are your favourite Leisure activities?
Going to the movies and eating popcorn in the big comfy recliner chairs.
Q. Who is your favourite athlete?
I don't know if I have one favourite athlete but if I had to pick:
Sam Briggs (Crossfit) - we're similar in age and her ability to still compete at the top levels of her sport is amazing.
Q. Where is your favourite restaurant?
Bin 4/Big Wheel Burger - it's a tie
Q. If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
First on my list is the Galapagos Islands. My last two trips were all about getting immersed in nature. I want to experience the diversity of wildlife and amazing land and seascapes in the Galapagos in person rather than through a Nat Geo magazine.
