Get ready for Forge Training's 7th Annual Deadlift Competition, proudly sponsored by Ouch My Back Moving Co! Join us on Saturday, March 9th from 2-4pm for the first time in our 989 Johnson location for a day filled with strength, endurance, and community spirit.
