The Goal

Help kickstart your New Year with healthy habits and exercise challenges that are ACCESSIBLE, ACHIEVABLE, and for ANYONE!

What to Expect

Every Sunday, we'll release a new weekly exercise and lifestyle challenge.

Each challenge will be completed over the course of a week with different levels to strive for, from beginner to advanced.

At the end of the week, you'll record your exercises online through our weekly checkin form and/or on the leader board at the gym.

Our fitness challenges will be kept simple. For instance, one of our challenges will be to add in a series of exercises, like extra core or cardio, into your daily routine.

Our weekly lifestyle challenges will be tangible healthy habits, like including more vegetables in your daily routine, getting more sleep or relaxation time, and cutting down on processed foods.
