I’ve been a member at Forge since 2018, but after two kids, my routine fell apart, and I realized I needed to take my training seriously. If I’m going to be their hero, I need to at least make the effort to look like one.
Forge isn’t just a gym; it’s a community that I’m incredibly grateful for. The people here push me to be better and do better every day. I’m here six days a week, and if you’re going to spend that much time anywhere outside of home and work, you’d better choose the right place. For me, that place is Forge.
