In 2021, I started weight training for the first time at 61 years old at Forge. I was introduced to weight training, and Forge, by my niece and personal trainer, Natalie! I am forever grateful for her dedication and patience in teaching me and always encouraging me. The benefits of weight training and showing up to this space have changed my life for the better. I became a member at Forge for the uplifting vibe and community mindset. Everyone has been welcoming from day one, from the owners to the trainers and other members. The facility is very bright, clean and well equipped. I always look forward to my workouts 3 times a week, I feel very fortunate to be a member of Forge.
