I’ve been a member at the Forge since 2020 and it’s been an amazing experience. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, I used to teach aerobics back in the 90’s.
A few years ago I became an early morning exerciser (thanks to my hubby Troy), I love the smiles and good mornings from the early morning crew.
Huge shout out to @helene_kiwala who I have been working with for 1 year and 10 months! She’s helped me challenge myself in ways I never imagined and today I feel stronger – both mentally and physically than ever before.
