Forge has been an integral part of my life since opening in 2015. I’ve done personal training with Hal and have been attending classes since day one! Forge has taught me that movement, technique and consistency are what matter most. I’ve learned to love and appreciate that bodies change and that as a women physical strength is an absolute superpower. The class community at Forge has provided me with such a supportive crew of pals and inspiring coaches over the years. I am forever grateful for my Forge fam!
