In the last few years I’ve been coming to Forge I added hundreds of pounds to each of my lifts and I met the best friends I have in my life. Forge has the weights you need to get stronger, and a community that makes you want to keep coming back. I can often be found taking a long time in the combo rack, I apologize for hogging it but I will do it again.
