I enjoy coaching clients of ALL levels.
My philosophy is to empower my clients and supply them with the tools they need to move efficiently, safely and to optimize their potential as both athletes and human beings.
Like CrossFit, my "specialty" is in not specializing - I am a generalist who is equally capable and adept in teaching all aspects of FITNESS whether that be strength, gymnastics, barbell, aerobic capacity and /or Oly lifting. I have a keen eye for movement and particularly in efficiency of this - all great athletes make what they do look effortless, this is achieved through efficiency, skill and practise. Over the years I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and movement "hacks" and I am an accomplished teacher/instructor/coach of movement and fitness!

I have always been fascinated with human health and performance and have been a life long Athlete myself - I love to pass this passion and knowledge on.
