ABOUT:

Q. What are your personal goals?
Improve overall athleticism, resiliency, flexibility, and technique. I want to be able to jump, move with agility, lift with power, box and kickbox with speed and accuracy, and remain injury free. I aim to have the full splits and a competent handstand by the end of 2021.

Q. What are your favourite Leisure activities?
Spending time with my family, reading, yoga, exploring music.

Q. Who is your favourite athlete?
Naoya Inoue. Preternatural boxing ability. Golden era K1-MAX superstars (Masato, Buakaw, Andy Souwer).

Q. Where is your favourite restaurant?
Honestly, my wife's cooking. She makes the best gyoza in the world.

Q. If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
Japan. I have lots of family there and undiscovered places to explore.
